4’0 clock dishes include recepies which can be had along with tea or coffee. There are also certain dishes that you can prepare in a jiffy when unexpected guests arrive. You can also serve these dishes to your hungry and fatigued children after they come back in the evening from school. The dishes in my recepie are simple and easy to prepare and won’t take much time to prepare.
I have included some Konkani dishes like modhak, instant charmuro and phovu kalylolo (Nutritious and healty ones)…..then you have the usual Indian types like onion pakavadas, vegetable bondas,………as well.
Some of the dishes are prepared during poojas but you can even make them at home and consume.
