Kerala cusine include some of the recepies which GSB Konkanis in South Kerala have adopted from the Keralities, from the time we migrated from Goa to Kerala. To know more on our history of migration visit my Home page. The main ones being, as break fast dishes puttu, idiyappam, vellayappam…….the lunch/dinner items like aviyal, thiyal, olan…….etc. We are pure vegetarians and so you will not find any non-vegetarian recepies in this section.

Eventhough we have adopted these Kerala dishes we usually do not prepare these dishes during festivals, cermonies or poojas. To know on the type of dishes we prepare during festivals, cermonies and poojas visit my Home page

The Kerala style recepies are not followed as such by us…….slight modifications in the recepies have been included by us as per our taste.
