Terya panna undi bhajilli is a tasty dish prepared by roasting sliced terya panna undi on a tawa. You can even serve this dish as an evening snack along with tea and coffee.
Ingredients
You need
- 2 to 3 terya panna undi
- Oil for roasting
Method
Cut the undi into slices of your choice.
Heat a tawa and spread the sliced undi on the tawa.
Gently pour one or two drops of oil in top of the undi slices also slide a few drops of oil along the sides of the undi. Allow it to roast on a low flame so that you will get a crispy roasted undi. Flip over and roast the undi slices.
Your Terya panna undi bhajilli is ready to be served.
Serve warm.
