De-frost the patholis to be used.
Cut them into slices
Roast them on a pan applying ghee on both the sides.
Roast both the sides.
Your Ponsa patholi bhajjili is ready to be served.
The taste and aroma of roasted pathoils outnumber the steamed ponsa patholi.
